5. Testing & Results

  • At-home tests must be used according to instructions

Bloodline Health is not liable for errors caused by misuse or incomplete samples.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Fees are disclosed prior to purchase

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

  • Subscription services may be canceled per the stated terms

Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.

7. Cryopreservation & Long-Term Storage

If you elect cryopreservation services:

  • Storage terms, fees, and duration will be disclosed separately

  • Long-term storage is subject to facility policies and regulatory standards

  • Bloodline Health is not responsible for events beyond reasonable control (e.g., force majeure)

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, and software are owned by Bloodline Health or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Services for unlawful purposes

  • Misrepresent identity or medical history

10. Limitation of Liability
